We recruit where
we can assess.
Our whole proposition is that we test candidates properly. That only holds for roles we genuinely understand — so we are deliberately narrow about what we take on.
Engineering
The deepest part of our bench — these are the stacks we run in production ourselves, so our technical rounds go past surface questions.
Product, design & data
Roles adjacent to engineering, where we assess judgement and craft rather than trivia — with the same structured rubric.
Business & operations
We take these where the brief is clear and we can build a fair, structured assessment with you. If we cannot assess it properly, we will tell you rather than guess.
What we do not do
Being clear about this saves everyone time:
- — Bulk or volume hiring. Our process is deliberately slow per candidate.
- — Overseas placements. Recruiting for jobs abroad is a licensed activity in India and we are not licensed for it.
- — Payroll or employer-of-record arrangements. We introduce candidates; your company employs them directly.
- — Highly specialised domains we cannot assess — medicine, law, hard sciences.
Where these roles sit.
The role matters more to us than the sector — a good backend engineer is assessed the same way wherever they work. These are simply where the demand for the roles above tends to be.

Is your role on this list?
If it is not, ask anyway — we will give you a straight yes or no rather than take the search and hope.
