These terms govern your use of shiftconsulting.in. Shift Consulting is a trading division of GoodShift Private Limited, a company incorporated in India (CIN U63122BR2026PTC081407) with its registered office in Patna, Bihar. By using this website you accept these terms.

1. Using this website

You may read, use and share this website's content for lawful purposes. You may not:

• copy or republish substantial parts of it as your own;
• use it in a way that damages, overloads or impairs the site;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it;
• scrape it in a way that places unreasonable load on our servers; or
• use our name or logos to suggest an association or endorsement that does not exist.

2. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the content, design, code, brand names and logos on this website are owned by GoodShift Private Limited. "Shift Consulting", "GoodShift" and "CypherMeet", and their logos, are our marks.

3. Services are supplied under a separate agreement

Nothing on this website constitutes a contract, a quotation, or an offer to supply recruitment or consulting services. Every engagement is governed by a written agreement signed with the client, which sets out scope, fees, invoicing, any replacement or guarantee period, confidentiality and termination. Where that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement prevails.

We introduce candidates for permanent employment with the client. The client employs the candidate directly. We do not act as an employer, employer of record or payroll provider for candidates we introduce.

4. Candidates are never charged

Shift Consulting does not charge candidates any fee at any stage — no registration fee, training fee, placement fee, subscription or deposit — and never requests payment through personal bank accounts, UPI or messaging apps. Our only email domains are shiftconsulting.in and goodshift.in. Any communication demanding payment from a candidate in our name is fraudulent; please report it to info@shiftconsulting.in.

5. Assessments are decision support

Our evaluation reports are produced with the help of automated systems and reviewed by a person before release. They are decision-support material: an input to a hiring decision, never the decision itself, and never a guarantee of a candidate's future performance. Clients remain responsible for their own hiring decisions and for complying with applicable employment and anti-discrimination law.

Where integrity checks are used, they are enabled only at a client's request, disclosed to the candidate and consented to before the session begins. Flags are reported as observations for the client to weigh, not as automatic disqualification.

6. No guarantee of outcome

Nothing on this website is a guarantee of employment for a candidate, of a successful placement for a client, or of any particular result from a search or assessment.

7. Accuracy and availability

We try to keep this website accurate and current, but content is provided for general information. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

8. External links

This website links to other sites, including goodshift.in and product sites. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content or practices. A link is not an endorsement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoodShift Private Limited will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of your use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including for fraud.

10. Changes

We may revise these terms. The current version is the one published here with the date above. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the revised terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Patna, Bihar have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to this website or these terms.
